Managed mid-size team of product designers engaged in government contracts with CMS, DHS, VA, and GSA. Redesigned the pension claim 527 form on va.gov, addressing a technical glitch impacting over 32,000 veterans. Improved accessibility, content, flow, performance, and adherence to VA's design system standards. Reduced a 40% drop-off rate through targeted optimizations.

Director of Product Design | Spec

Led mid-size team of multi-disciplinary designers. Designed the MVP of TrustCloud, a B2B SaaS cloud data security and fraud detection platform. Conceptualized and drove an experimental PLG strategy to reduce TTV and new client cancellations. Pioneered Spectrum, a new design system, and partnered with Engineering to establish a design toolkit in Storybook, resulting in enhanced product consistency and efficiency.
